Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
2-3 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tsp onion powder (or dried minced onion)
1 tsp course-ground black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 cup Panko bread crumbs (plain)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. It's easiest to mix with your hands until mixture is well blended. Mixture will be slightly wet, but shouldn't be too wet (add more bread crumbs if necessary). Shape into 1" balls and place on large baking sheets sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Bake in 400 degree oven 20-25 minutes or until cooked (do not overcook). Drain grease and allow to cool before freezing. Divide meatballs into desired amounts and place in zip-loc bags to freeze. Use in a variety of recipes from spaghetti & meatballs, to meatball subs, to meatball stroganoff and more; the possibilities are endless!
Yield: approx. 50 meatballs
